The Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment is designed to help individuals identify and understand their natural talents and strength . Knowing your strengths can guide you toward careers that align with your abilities and interests. It can also help you excel in your current job by allowing you to play to your strengths and contribute more effectively to your team and organization.
You would have to purchase a Strengthsfinder code by sending an email to ahuja.roma@gmail.com requesting for information and purchase details of our coaching package
You can complete the assessment in a maximum time of 60 minutes, followed by a one on one coaching call of 45 minutes.
Strengths Coaching is not a one time activity, we recommend to book a 2 coaching call package.

You can subscribe to 2 coaching calls at the rate of Rs 10000/- per person ( includes an all 34 Strengths report). Since Career Engagement is a journey, it is recommended to subscribe to this package for effective outcomes
As per Coaching code of conduct, our process is confidential and based on customized situations. We do not store data of the Client. Most of our coaching is in- person, with a specific "ask". We do not even reveal testimonial author names. This is our Coach Coachee relationship zone of confidentiality.
